Field experience in inclusive settings (Computer Science B + SWD all-grades)
Required internship for students seeking NYS teaching certification in computer science as their first certification, to be taken concurrently with the course EDU437: Theory & Practice in Teaching & Learning Computer Science. It will include conducting observations in classrooms across the K-12 grades involving computer science learning and completing field-based assignments related to the course, for a total of at least 70 hours (including at least 15 hours involving students with disabilities).
