Enter up to 36 credits in entry level/advanced coursework in education or related fields to be transferred in or completed prior to matriculating into the degree program. If there are not 36 credits of eligible transfer courses, or required doctoral courses were taken as part of a Warner master's degree, the student must take additional electives to reach the 90 credits total for the doctoral degree.

Choose 4 advanced courses in educational leadership or related fields. Students should not take a certification course without the express written consent of their advisor (Warner School Leadership Graduates can include 1 retroactive course from their leadership program).

A total of at least 9 credits of dissertation credits, to be taken concurrently with ED 540/ED 546 (3 credits), ED 541/ED 543 (3 credits), and ED 542/ ED 544 (3 credits).

Choose electives for a total of 3-6 credits. (Warner School Leadership graduates can include 2 retroactive courses for 6 credits total from their leadership program). Students in this program can only choose electives with online course offerings.
