Biography
Patricia Vaughan-Brogan is an educational leader and faculty member at the Warner School, where she directs the K–12 educational leadership program, teaches graduate courses on ethics, equity, and school culture, and mentors aspiring leaders as they navigate complex educational landscapes. Her career spans over three decades in public education in New York and Ohio, where she has held roles such as assistant superintendent, director of student services, and director of special education. She is widely recognized for designing inclusive systems that prioritize student well-being, culturally responsive leadership, and collaborative staff development.
As co-principal investigator for a Warner RAPID National Science Foundation grant (Understanding and Supporting K-12 School Leaders' AI-Related Decision-Making), Vaughan-Brogan’s current work explores the implications of artificial intelligence for K–12 educators. Her ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ and practice also focus on district-wide reform, mental health supports, and school collaborations. She actively contributes to institutional efforts in accreditation, faculty governance, and program advancement.
